2. Principles of Data Processing

We only process personal data to the extent necessary to provide a functional app and our content and services. The processing of personal data generally only takes place with the user's consent or when processing is permitted by law.

3.1 When Using the App

When using our app, the following data is processed:

• Podcast Content: The information you enter to create podcasts (e.g., topics, selected formats, custom ideas) is transmitted to our server to create personalized audio content. This data is not permanently stored on our servers but is only used for the duration of the generation process.
• Generated Podcasts: The created podcasts (text and audio) are stored locally on your device. No storage on our servers takes place.
• Technical Data: When communicating with our server, technically necessary data such as IP address and timestamp are temporarily stored in server logs. This data is automatically deleted after a maximum of 7 days.

3.2 In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

For processing in-app purchases and subscriptions, we use the RevenueCat service. The following data is processed:

• An anonymous user ID to associate purchases
• Information about purchased products and subscriptions
• Purchase times and validity periods

Payment processing is handled exclusively through Apple (App Store). We do not have access to your payment data such as credit card numbers or bank details.

3.3 AI Services

To create podcasts, voice output, and images, we use AI services from:

• OpenAI: For text generation and speech synthesis
• Google (Gemini): For text generation, speech synthesis, and image generation

The data you enter (topics, ideas, etc.) is transmitted to these services to generate the content. The providers process this data according to their own privacy policies:

4. Local Data Storage

The app stores the following data locally on your device:

• Created podcasts (audio and video files, if applicable)
